After a long standing carreer of +20 years at Wolters Kluwer holding European functions in M&A, general management and business development, switched to SD Worx two years ago to drive the European M&A expansion as Head of M&A. SD Worx is a Belgian company with revenues of 1 Billion (2023) offering HR software and services across Europe across all segments. With the entry of CVC in 2023 in the share capital of our Holding Worxinvest, we strenghten our ambition to accelerate M&A to cover all European countries by 2028 with own software and services building a true European HR software and service provider. We already expanded in new markets past three years (Adriatic region, Romania, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Scandinavia..) and have an active buy and build strategy. We aim to consolidate markets in Europe with the aim to grow to 2 Billion revenue in 2028. Our drive is fueled by our customer needs and the ability to support them for all HR related matters, in every step of their growth journey in Europe.
