Elderd Land joined Gimv in 2000 and is responsible for overseeing investments in the healthcare sector. He serves as a dedicated board member and a strategic partner for entrepreneurs, with a focus on building businesses and creating value within portfolio companies. Elderd Land serves on the Supervisory Boards of BioConnection and MVZ. Previously, he managed investments in companies such as Equipe Zorgbedrijven, Eurocept, GreenPeak, Liquavista, RES Software, and Oldelft Ultrasound, and was actively involved in other Gimv investments such as Telenet and Option.

Before joining Gimv, Elderd worked at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance, where he led the telecom team in Amsterdam, and was involved in KPN Telecom's International Business Development department. In both roles, he was engaged in M&A transactions in Europe and Asia.

Elderd Land holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
